Here are a few more things we've been doing related to apples.
Math: using an egg carton and apple erasers to work on one to one correspondence and number recognition...(weird angle..sorry about that)
Writing ... I was very impressed with how well she stayed in the lines! I think this was her favorite activity of all...she liked writing, and the Expo marker was really easy for her to erase on her own. This one stayed on the table, and she did it all throughout the week.

Dot-to-Dot A's...really enjoyed this too... later she started making her own dot-to-dot circles.
This was an Apple poem I had from my teaching days...we circled all the Aa's. She didn't love this, so we moved on...
