Well, October is almost over and that means time to wrap up with pumpkins... :) Here are some other things we did throughout the month.
Sequencing the growth of a pumpkin...using words like, "first, second, etc."
Made a pumpkin counting book. She cut the stems :) We also worked on number recognition while doing this too...
Pumpkin Stenciling...later she drew on the stems

This is not pumpkin related, but something on saw on pinterest. Just add paint to a ziploc baggie and hang in the window... really neat!

Make it easy: finger paint with orange paint, cut a sponge the shape of a pumpkin and paint away, then add the stem and leaves.
